God desires to reach His people for salvation and maturity through discipleship and training that equips each person to reach out to others.  God has entrusted Pastor Carter to build bridges in her community by implementing educational initiatives in elementary schools, training young people in government and co-hosting women conferences.  Pastor Carter is a prophetic pastor on an evangelistic walk and is anointed as preacher and didactic teacher
