City of South Fulton Municipal Court’s First Amnesty Program

If you have an outstanding traffic ticket or missed a court date in the City of South Fulton, here’s your chance to clear things up.
The City of South Fulton Municipal Court will host its first amnesty program to allow people to pay overdue tickets at a reduced rate and clear outstanding warrants.
“We encourage anyone who has delinquent court matters to take advantage of this opportunity to resolve cases,” said Phenix Gaston, City of South Fulton Clerk of Court. “This is an opportunity to ease financial burden as we go into the holiday season and restore driving records.”
Individuals who have unpaid citations can visit The City of South Fulton Municipal Court located at the Union City Justice Center at 5060 Union Street, Union City, Georgia 30291, on the following dates in December:
Tuesday, December 17, 2019
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 19, 2019
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
